Special note about Holidays: All IN211 Centers need to plan ahead for holidays in order to be in compliance with "IN211 live answer policy"--requiring that you make arrangements that all calls are answered live. The IN211 Contract with C2H for 2007 includes coverage for other Centers for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Therefore, if you plan to request C2H coverage for Columbus Day, Election Day, Veteran's Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, or any other days, then you will need to make specific request and payment to C2H. Because of the E.D. transition, it is especially important that you plan ahead.
